24/7 managed monitoring

Someone reviews the detection.
Your team owns the response.

Around the clock, Gargoyle’s monitoring team reviews detections in Sentinel and alerts the contacts you list. Your security or public-safety team decides what happens next.

On the console

A recorded event, ready to review.

Sentinel gives the monitoring team a mapped track and the broadcast details available for that detection.

Gargoyle’s role

Review. Notify. Document.

24/7 monitoring covers the agreed sites and reviews detections of cooperative drones broadcasting FAA Remote ID. We notify your named contacts according to the escalation path agreed with your team.

Alerts and exportable incident reports are available today. Monthly activity reporting is included when agreed in your monitoring scope.

Your team’s role

Keep control of the response.

Your team decides whether a detection needs investigation, a change to site operations, or escalation to the appropriate authority. Your existing response procedures remain yours.

Gargoyle does not operate aircraft, intervene in flights, or make those response decisions for you.

Monitoring scope

Agree the details
before monitoring begins.

  • Sites: the footprint and sensors to be monitored.
  • Contacts: who receives alerts and how events are escalated.
  • Reports: incident records and any agreed monthly reporting.

Sentinel alerts and exportable reports support your current workflow. Deeper security platform connectors are on the roadmap.
